Lenny Ried has taken a new step in his sporting career with his debut in the Asian Le Mans Series (ALMS), competing in the LMP3 category during the opening round of the championship held at the Sepang International Circuit (Malaysia).

After completing the Eurocup-3 season, the driver took on this new challenge with the Czech team Bretton Racing, marking his first appearance in prototype racing and in a high-level international endurance championship.

The weekend was marked by extreme weather conditions, with high temperatures, very high humidity and rain, adding extra difficulty to both physical management and adaptation to the car and race format. Despite this, Lenny showed steady progress throughout the event.

In the first race, the driver crossed the finish line in seventh position, while in the second race, Bretton Racing’s car #26 finished ninth, completing two solid races in a completely new environment for him.

The next round of the championship will take place in Dubai, during the weekend of January 29 to February 1.
